Norman A. Stenseth, 84, passed away on Monday December 18, 2023, at the Warren Center in Queensbury, NY. He was the husband of Alice (Wilwol) Stenseth of Cambridge, NY, they were married June 18, 1960.
Norman was born on February 3, 1939, in New York City, son of the late Anders and Pauline (Steen) Stenseth. He received his associate degree from Hudson Valley Community College and was a production worker at General Electric in Waterford, NY. Norman enjoyed vacationing in Cape Cod, reading and making bird houses.
Survivors other than his wife Alice include their daughter’s Lisa (Teddy) Dwyer of Cambridge, NY, Tammy (David) Lewsey of North Carolina, grandchildren Carly Dwyer, Nicholas and Sarah Lewsey, great grandson Beau Dwyer-Lilly, brother Paul Stenseth and his children Tracey Stenseth Hall, Adrian Stenseth. He was predeceased by his sister-in-law Yvonne Stenseth.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, NY.
