Arthur Peters was in the Class of 1937.  World War II broke out and Art was called into service as a member of the US Army.

Years later, New York State made a law stating the anyone who was drafted during World War II or the Korean War could now get their diplomas

Arthur passed away at the age of 91 on June 12, 2009
He was a gentle man who will be missed by all that knew him.
